These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prestique LLC's website and services. By using our website or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Prestique LLC designs, builds, and maintains custom AI automation systems for businesses. Services are scoped on a per-project basis and documented in a written proposal or statement of work agreed upon before work begins.

Our free AI audit tool is provided as-is for informational purposes. Audit results are generated by AI and are not a guarantee of any specific outcome or return on investment.

Payment

Projects consist of a one-time setup fee and an ongoing monthly retainer, as specified in the project proposal. Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may result in paused work until the outstanding balance is resolved.

All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated in the proposal.

Client Obligations

To deliver your project on time, we need timely access to the tools, platforms, and data specified in your proposal, as well as prompt feedback at key review stages. Delays caused by late access or feedback may affect project timelines.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own all custom work product built specifically for your project. Prestique retains ownership of any underlying frameworks, methodologies, templates, and tools used in the delivery of services.

You retain full ownership of your data at all times.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the relationship.

Limitation of Liability

Prestique's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or revenue.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or automation performance results.

Termination

Either party may terminate the ongoing retainer relationship with 30 days' written notice. Project-based work may be cancelled prior to commencement for a full refund of the setup fee. See our Refund Policy for details.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
