Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds and cancellations for Prestique LLC services.

Setup Fees

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Work is considered to have begun upon delivery of the first project milestone or seven days after the project kickoff date, whichever comes first.

If you cancel before work begins, you are entitled to a full refund of the setup fee.

Monthly Retainer

Monthly retainers may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice sent to support@prestique.ai. No refund is issued for the current billing period — service continues through the end of that period and cancellation takes effect at the next billing date.

Free Audit Tool

The AI audit tool is provided free of charge. No payment is required and no refund policy applies.

Exceptional Circumstances

We review refund requests outside of this policy on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, reach out and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@prestique.ai with your name, project details, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
