When you use our free AI audit tool, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, industry, company name, and details about your business operations. We use this information to generate your personalized audit report and to follow up about our services.

We also collect standard usage data automatically — including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs — through our hosting infrastructure.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate our platform. Each has its own privacy practices:

• Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Airtable — CRM and lead tracking
• Calendly — scheduling discovery calls
• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI processing of audit responses to generate your report

Information you submit through the audit tool is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate your personalized report. Anthropic's privacy policy governs that processing.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as you are a client or prospect, and for up to two years following your last interaction with us. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal information).

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
